HITTPLATE consists of three layers:
1) Copper foil
2) Thermally conductive dielectric layer made of high heat resistant epoxy, glass-epoxy, polyimide and inorganic (ceramic) filler
3) Aluminum base
Suitable applications for HITTPLATE:
