Experts in the field, including Prof. Manuel Spitschan (Technical University of Munich), Dr. Maydel Fernandez-Alonso (MPI for Biological Cybernetics), Prof. Robert Lucas (University of Manchester), Dr. Elise McGlashan (University of Melbourne), and Rafael Lazar (University of Basel), discuss how humans process light, its effects on health, and share practical advice on light exposure. Season 1 introduces an impressive lineup, and the podcast is gearing up for more seasons ahead.
